LEATHER
We only use quality bridle leather for all our products.
We do not use PUleather orsynthetic leather.  Products made from PU Leather are commonly sold as leather howeverit's an imitation of real leather created from polyurethane, a plastic with a similar feel and aspect to the leather.

The most common way to create PU leather is using a cover of plastic polyurethane or a polyurethane coating and apply it to a base made of fiber (generally polyester). The PU leather can be combined with real leather to make a product known as "bi-cast' or "double-cast" leather. "Bi cast" leather is a base of real leather which is later is covered by a PVC or PU layer.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. All items for change of mind/incorrect sizing must be in original sale condition, returned within 7 days of receipt and must be unworn, unused and undamaged.
2. All items are fully inspected before despatch and any damage done whilst worn is wear and tear beyond our control.
3. No refunds or exchanges are provided on sale/clearance items unless defective from point of sale.
4. Exchanges and returns. If the error is on our part we will compensate all costs. If it is customer generated, the return must include a prepaid satchel which will be used to send out the correct product. Shipping costs may apply if a pre-paid parcel is not included.
5. For exchange requests that are higher/lower in value than your original purchase, our team will contact you to confirm the charge/refund amount before the exchange can be completed.
6. All refunds will be provided via the original method of purchase.
7. Items purchased must be returned in store within 7 days of receipt with proof of purchase to process refund or exchange.
8. All after care instructions must be followed to maintain warranty terms.

About our leather.
Bridle leather is amongst the finest leathers and it is known for its beauty, durability and longevity.  Bridle leather production requires expert craftsmanship skills and each piece is meticulously finished often using the same techniques as have been used centuries ago.  This skill contributes to its look, feel and durability.

We recommend our All Natural Leather Balm be applied to your leather collar immediately after purchase to provide a protective barrier for the outer and a nourishing soak into the leather fibre itself.  This will provide protection and longevity.

Leather is a natural organic fibre and regular care and maintenance is required to maintain it's premium condition. Improper care, use and maintanence of leather goods harms the leather and voids product warranty.

What if my leather dog collar gets wet?

• If leather gets wet, do NOT speed dry it, dry it out slowly
• Drying leather rapidly alters its chemical structure, and may result in cracked or stiff leather.
• Drying at room temperature  works better than direct sunlight or hair-dryer.
• Slow drying will help keep it in the shape you want.
• Prevent leather from contact with salt water,  chlorine and harsh chemicals as they corrode leather and can adversley affect the natural leather fibres.

How should I store my leather collar?

• Don't wrap leather in plastic.
• Keep leather well ventilated which helps prevent mold and fungal growth.

How do I clean my leather dog collar?

• Clean as necessary with a damp cloth dabbed  with mild soapy water.
• Air dry out of direct sunlight.
• If leather gets too dry, apply Rogue Royalty All Natural Leather Balm onto the leather that will nourish and protect it from the inside out.

DRESS LEATHER COLLARS 

Our lux leather dress collars are an exclusive range of handmade leather collars made using rose gold, black plated fittings, beads, crystals and other adornments. Naturally with hard usage these collars and/or fittings may be damaged yet the product itself remains functional as collar.  If your dog is rough on collars we recommend you select a dark leather collar, one with solid steel or brass hardware or a dog collar from the SupaTuff range.  Rose gold and black fittings are double plated however these fittings may scratch or chip.

Our team processes orders daily and all orders are picked early in the morning and despatched by 2 pm. NOTE: Ordering the night before or early morning before 7:00 am helps us process your order.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

We ship to any address in the world. Each country determines customs or duties that may be levied on goods and your order may incur charges due to factors that are beyond our control. Please check with your local customs for rules, restrictions, or tax duties before ordering.

Rogue Royalty offers shipping insurance to cover lost deliveries or items damaged in transit. If the shipping insurance option is not chosen we are unable to insure and therefore at times unable to replace uninsured items.

EXPRESS/COURIER SERVICE.

Express shipping applies for orders placed before 10 am on the previous day.

Same or next-day Express services are not guaranteed when shipped to states other than NSW and may take a longer period of time.
