• Please ensure you take a snug measurement.
• DO NOT allow for room or two fingers we have provisioned for that in our sizing.

CARING FOR LEATHER 
We recommend our ALL NATURAL LEATHER BALM be applied to your leather collar immediately after purchase to provide a protective barrier for the leather outer and nourishing balm for the leather fibre interior, to assist with protection and longevity.

If leather gets too wet, do NOT speed dry it, instead dry it slowly. Drying leather too quickly alters its chemical structure, and you may end up with stiff leather. Drying at room temperature and with gentle air works better than direct sunlight or hair-dryer. Slow drying will help keep it in the shape you want.

If leather gets too dry, rub Rogue Royalty All Natural Leather Balm into the leather that will nourish and protect it from the inside out.

Where possible prevent leather from contact with salt water,  chlorine and harsh chemicals as they possesses corrosive qualities that can adversley affect natural fibres.
Improper care and maintanence of leather goods not only harms leather, it also voids any warranty claims.

Don't wrap leather in plastic. Keep it ventilated which helps prevent mold and fungal growth. Clean as necessary with a damp cloth and air dry out of direct sunlight

DRESS COLLARS AFTER CARE
If your dog is prone to rubbing and/or rough on collars we recommend you select a leather collar with solid steel or brass hardware or a collar from the SupaTuff range.  Rose gold and black fittings are double plated however these fittings may scratch or chip.

We can ship to any address in the world. Customs or duties may be levied on goods and your order may incur charges depending on factors that are beyond our control. We advise to check with local customs legislation for rules, restrictions or tax duties prior to ordering.

Rogue Royalty offers shipping insurance to cover for lost deliveries or items damaged in transit.  If shipping insurance is not chosen we are unable to replace uninsured items.

Free Shipping is done at Rogue Royalty discretion. In selected FREE SHIPPING the customer acknowledges and accepts Rogue Royalty is free from any liabilities therein. 

EXPRESS/COURIER SERVICE
Express shipping  applies for orders placed before 10am on the previous day.
Same or next day Express services are not guaranteed when shipped to states other than NSW and may take a longer period of time. We are unable to accept responsibility for any courier delays as these circumstances are out of our control.

Due to dynamic changes to freight conditions and laws worldwide your shipping may be affected by local laws relevant to your country eg experience delays or customs extended withholding periods. TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. All items for change of mind/incorrect sizing must be in original sale condition, returned within 7 days of receipt and must be unworn, unused and undamaged.
2. No refunds or exchanges are provided on sale/clearance items unless defective from point of sale.
3. Exchanges and returns that are not the result of our error must include a prepaid satchel (Standard or Express) with the returned item for the correct product to be sent out. Shipping costs may apply if a pre-paid parcel is not included.
4. Exchanges and returns that are a result of our error should include a parcel cost receipt for reimbursement.
5. For exchange requests that are higher/lower in value than your original purchase, our Exchanges Team will contact you to confirm the charge/refund amount before the exchange can be completed.
6. All refunds will be provided to the original method of purchase.
7. Items purchased online can be returned in store within 7 days of receipt with proof of purchase.
8. All after care instructions must be followed to maintain warranty terms.
9. If the item upon receipt is unfit for its purpose, does not match the description or becomes faulty within a unreasonable timeframe, please contact info@rogueroyalty.com.au with your name, invoice number, a description and picture of the fault. Once we receive your parcel, the item will be assessed by our Returns Team and you will be contacted with a result.
