SHIPPING

  • We ship to any address in the world.
  • We do our best to despatch orders as soon as possible.  All orders with standard shipping are despatched the following working day at the latest.
  • From time to time there may be exceptions due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • Customs or duties may be levied on goods and your order may incur charges depending on factors that are beyond our control. We advise customers to check with local customs legislation for rules, restrictions or tax duties prior to ordering.


Rogue Royalty offers shipping insurance to cover for possible lost deliveries or items damaged in transit.  If shipping insurance is not chosen we are unable to replace uninsured items.

EXPRESS/COURIER SERVICE

Express orders that are placed before 8:30 a.m. will be dispatched on the same day (dispatch times may be affected by busy periods / or sales)
Same or next-day Express services to states other than NSW  may take a longer period of time. We are unable to accept responsibility for delays that are beyond our control.

Dispatch date may be prolonged due to holiday breaks.


FREE SHIPPING

AUSTRALIA 
Free Shipping is available for orders over $160 and is done at Rogue Royalty's discretion. In selecting FREE SHIPPING the customer acknowledges goods will be shipped via standard postal service and whilst all care is taken with packaging, Rogue Royalty is free from any liabilities after the goods leave our premises. Delays in despatch due to orders being flagged as suspected fraud risk and therefore requiring investigation is beyond the control of the company and as such the company is not liable.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Free Shipping is available for orders over $250AUD. In selecting FREE SHIPPING the customer acknowledges the goods will be shipped via standard postal service and whilst all care is taken with packaging, Rogue Royalty is free from any liabilities after dispatch and the goods leave our premises.

Pandemic outbreaks can impact freight providers in many ways. In the event of such outbreaks, our freight partners may at times experience delays. We and our partners do our best to ensure all orders are delivered safely to you and we also want you to understand these situations are beyond the control of Rogue Royalty and we are here to help our valued customers in every way we can. RETURNS POLICY

Rogue Royalty produces quality products and we are so confident in our workmanship that if you are not satisfied with the quality, you may return your item within 7 days of delivery. If you ordered the incorrect size or product please follow this link.

STEP ON HOW TO EXCHANGE A PRODUCT:

  1. If the product is still in new condition, please follow the link above and fill out the necessary details
  2. Once we have approved your return request you will receive an invoice for the shipping labels (this covers sending the product back to us and sending the new product back to you)
  3. When this invoice is paid you will be sent a label for you to send the product back to us with
  4. Once we receive your return, we will inspect, swap the product, and send the new item back to you :)   (If there are any cost differences between products this will be sorted out here)
  • We cover return shipping costs if you have been sent the incorrect item.
  • Returns and exchanges must be processed within 7 days of receiving your item. We are unable to process returns or exchanges after 7 days.
  • Items that have been used, soiled, or damaged, irrespective of the time you have had it, will be questioned and may not be eligible for a return.
  • Once we have received your return our team will assess the products, if deemed damaged or soiled the products will be sent back at the customer's cost

CLEARANCE & SALE ITEMS
No refunds or exchanges are provided on Sale/Clearance items.

Please note that once your order is dispatched from our premises, we are unable to accept liability for any issues that relate to delivery.  It is strongly recommended you select a registered shipping option at checkout to ensure a secured and guaranteed delivery.
